Guidelines on Employment Agencies and Search Firms:

LyondellBasell Industries and its subsidiaries do not accept candidate referrals or resumes from any third parties such as employment agencies or search firms unless there is a current (less than one year old), executed contract on file at LyondellBasell and the agency/firm has been requested in writing by the LyondellBasell staffing department to supply candidates for a specific position. Any candidate or resume referral supplied to any LyondellBasell, Lyondell, Equistar, Houston Refining or Millennium employee in any manner other than as described above, will be in violation of our Policy and the referral or resume will be considered the unsolicited property of LyondellBasell. Should such candidates be hired by LyondellBasell, Lyondell, Equistar, Houston Refining or Millennium, no fee will be owed or paid.
