few of the features offered by CustomerXPRESS.
- Order Placement
Place orders directly with us. The order is placed online and
will feed directly into our SAP order system. There will also
be an option to upload orders directly from your system via the
extranet into our SAP system.
- Order Status
Search for past orders and future orders (several months worth),
by PO #, ship to location, and open or shipped status.
- Real-Time Order Tracking
You also can view railcars in transit with estimated delivery
dates.
- On-Line Documentation (BOLs &
COAs)
You can print out COAs or BOLs immediately.
- View History and Invoices
You can search for open invoices as well as access a history of
payments made to Lyondell and Equistar. You also can view a list
of railcars currently in your inventory.
- Purchase Planning
Enter a demand forecast for materials, review the accuracy of
past forecasts, and access product purchase history.
- Message Center
Send messages to your Order Fulfillment Specialist, Credit, or
Sales representatives.
